When filling out the entry form

• List the full name of the rider / driver

• Double check that your email is correct

• List the class number followed by the link to your video.  Example A1 -https://youtu.be/3ge

• Make sure the video shows the entire pony / rider or pony / carriage / driver.

• Send any questions to:  hammockfarmponies@yahoo.com

• The jumps and obstacles can be set up with what you have on hand.  Just make sure it's safe. 

• If entering the dressage classes make sure you state the test and level and tell us if it is a USEF, USDF,  WDAA, or USEA.  Drivers use the USEF driving tests as ADS will no longer allow non-business / club members to print the judges copies of the test.  If you would like to purchase the test ($60) from ADS and supply it to use we will be happy to judge it. 

• Please make the video as short as possible and use only one class per link.  If you enter 3 classes you will be sending 3 links, one video link for each entry/ class.  No need to send separate entries for each class unless the pony or rider is different. 

• Once you've filled out the entry form below, go to this link to pay via paypal: paypal.me/Welshcna  or pay by check to: Hammock Farm, 5153 Neff Lake Rd.  Brooksville, FL  34601.  Payment must be received before videos will be judged.  If the person paying is different than the person showing then please tell us which entry you are paying.
